Lutheran church leaders discern together about leadership and learn from each other
The Retreat of Newly Elected Leaders (RoNEL) is an activity that invites decision-making leaders (Bishops or Pastor Presidents) from the LWF member churches. It addresses issues related to leadership vocation, church management, theology; and empower them to know better the work done through the LWF Communion Office and the Wittenberg Center.

- 2 to 5 September - GENEVA, Switzerland
- 6 to 9 September - WITTENBERG, Germany
Languages: English with translation into Spanish, Portuguese, French and Korean
