Reporting misconduct

The LWF Staff Code of Conduct defines the expected behavior of anyone representing the LWF. It applies to all staff during their service with and for the LWF, to anyone working for the LWF or on behalf of the LWF on another basis, such as a consultancy contract, a secondment agreement with another employer, temporary staff, trainees, interns, incentive workers and volunteers. It also applies to LWF-hosted visitors, to casual staff including persons representing the LWF in conferences and events, to all individuals carrying out activities under LWF’s name, and those involved in LWF-led programs and projects at all levels.

If you are subjected to misconduct or witness misconduct during an LWF-led activity, we encourage you to report the breach through the form below. Please disclose all details at your disposal in order to facilitate the follow-up process.

Your report will be received by the LWF confidential focal point at the Geneva Office for Human Resources. It will be treated with due confidentiality and according to our Complaints Handling Mechanism.
