Thirteenth Assembly

The Thirteenth Assembly of the Lutheran World Federation takes place 13-19 September 2023 in Krakow, Poland. The theme of the Assembly will be "One Body, One Spirit, One Hope." It will be hosted by the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland.

For 75 years the Lutheran World Federation has brought churches together to make a difference in this world. In 2022 we are marking this anniversary with various celebrations and are launching the Communion Solidarity Fund. Join us.

Donate to the Syria/ Turkey earthquake response

LWF is calling for donations to support people affected by the earthquakes in the border area between Turkey and Syria.  There is a need for warmth, shelter, water and food, medical supplies and protection. LWF works with partner organizations in the region to provide aid.
