Media Accreditation for the Thirteenth Assembly of The Lutheran World Federation
Deadline for journalists in person: 10 June 2023
LWF invites media to report from the Thirteenth LWF Assembly in Krakow, Poland. Accreditation is now open, the deadline for journalists who wish to attend in-person is June 10.
Media are welcome to attend in person or online. Key sessions of the Assembly will be streamed online, material will be made available in an online press room, and press briefings will take place online and in-person. Journalists who wish to attend are asked to fill in the accreditation form.
Accredited media who will join in-person must pay the Assembly registration fee of 120 EUR. If you wish to participate in meals at the venue, there will be a daily fee of 40 EUR. LWF communications will respond to accreditation requests within a week.

The visual elements, representing the theme of the Thirteenth Assembly – One Body, One Spirit, One Hope – come together to uplift, inspire, and challenge us as we gather in Kraków, Poland and throughout the world in 2023.
The Assembly logo draws inspiration from the local context and cultural heritage of Poland, the host nation of the 2023 Assembly.
