LWF thanks the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America for its “visionary and prophetic stand” of declaring the denomination as a sanctuary church body.
As part of the events to mark the tenth anniversary of the coup, Lutherans held a public prayer service at the spot where the first fatal victim of the coup was killed.
