International Youth Day 2019 - Online Press Kit

The 12th of August was declared the International Youth Day by the United Nations in 2000.

This global event seeks to raise awareness about the issues young people face in different countries.

The Lutheran World Federation in cooperation with the World Council of Churches and the World Student Christian Federation will meet in Geneva (Switzerland) in this occassion to discuss at an event under the theme “Transforming Education”.
