Launch: LWF Report on COVID-19 Advocacy and Policy Engagement

No One Is Safe Until Everyone Is Safe 

No One Is Safe Until Everyone Is Safe is the title of a new LWF report on advocacy and policy engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

LWF General Secretary Rev. Dr Anne Burghardt will deliver the keynote address during the event hosted by the Lutheran Office for World Community at the United Nations headquarters in New York, United States. 

The report is based on interviews conducted in 2021 and 2022 with staff involved in coordinating and implementing response to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic among the member churches, World Service country programs and LWF’s partner organizations.  

Others who will speak at the launch include Florine de Wolf from the Joint Learning Initiative, which undertook the research on LWF’s behalf.
