Empowering non-ordained church leaders for leadership in the Lutheran communion

As baptized people, we are all called to proclaim the gospel and share our unique and diverse gifts for the well-being of others and for the community’s growth.

The online seminar brings together non-ordained leaders from LWF member churches to explore together the concept and practice of church leadership and what it means to be leaders in the Lutheran communion.

It is expected that the mutual learning and sharing of experiences at the seminar will strengthen participants in their respective leadership roles and build self-awareness on being leaders in the global LWF communion.

The seminar offers spaces where participants can connect with each other as peers, and build relationships and networks for mutual support and experience sharing.
