LWF Income in 2008

Total income for the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) in 2008 amounted to USD 102.9 million. The member churches and their related agencies gave USD 68.8 million. Direct support from different governments was USD 1.5 million and from UN agencies USD 8.4 million. The remainder came from local income in the field programs, interest earned on short-term deposits etc.
