Human Resources Development
Education and training are powerful tools in the struggle for development and transformation towards more just societies. DMD Human Resources Development (HRD) programs strengthen the Lutheran communion for holistic mission.
HRD sharing of resources enables churches and individuals to reach their potential for witness and service. In workshops and individual meetings with church leaders, churches are encouraged to include planning for human resources development as part of overall strategic planning.
